PoSH, or “Prevention of Sexual Harassment,” training is required for employees in all sectors as mandated by the POSH Act. This legal obligation applies to both public and private workplaces, including offices, factories, retail businesses, and educational institutions. Essentially, any organization with ten or more employees must ensure that this training is provided to all staff.
